Help us check the Academy

Young cricketers will learn from this. Help us make sure it’s right.

The CricCuts Academy teaches cricketers aged 12 to 16 about training, food, their growing body and their mind. It also has physics practice tests for College students and an umpiring course on the 2026 Laws, and it reads in English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil and Kannada. Every figure in it comes from a published source. Before it reaches more players, we want doctors, teachers, umpires and language teachers to check it.

Next update The courses, tests, umpiring course and the four Indian languages arrive in the app’s next Google Play update. You don’t need the app to review: the form shows you exactly what to check.

Who we’re looking for

Four kinds of expert, one short form each.

We don’t ask anyone to read a whole course. Each form starts with the passages we are least sure of, the ones that matter most for a young player’s safety first.

Health professionals

Doctors, paediatricians, sports dietitians, physiotherapists, strength coaches and counsellors. You check 12 passages: ice baths, junior bowling limits, strength training, heat, protein, and when to send a player to a doctor.

Physics teachers

Class 11–12 and entrance-exam teachers. You check 8 questions from our cricket-based mock tests, the ones where we made the boldest modelling choices.

Umpires

State or BCCI panel umpires and umpire educators. You check 10 practice questions, most of them on what changed in the 2026 Laws.

Language teachers

Teachers in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil or Kannada-medium schools. You check the key words and the lines that matter most, safety messages first.

How it works

Three steps, and you choose how far to go.

Tell us who you are

One short form, below. It goes to CricCuts and nowhere else.

We send you a review form

A link to a short form for your field. Stop and come back whenever you like, and send it when you’re done.

We act on what you tell us

We fix what you flag and tell you what changed. If you agree, we thank you by name in the app.

Your language

Want the Academy in your language?

Today it reads in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil and Kannada. Tell us which language should come next, even if you can’t translate. If you can help translate or check it, say so too: one teacher who checks a lesson makes a real difference to the students who read it.

Ask for your language

Tell us how you’d like to help.

No commitment. It just tells us you’d like to take part.

  1. We reply by email with the review form for your field, or with news about your language.
  2. You review in about 20 minutes, on a phone or a computer, and send it back.
  3. We show you what changed because of you.

Questions reviewers ask

The quick answers.

Do I need the app?

No. The review form shows you the passages or questions to check. If you’d like to see whole lessons, leave your Google account email and we’ll add you to the Android test. The courses arrive in the next update.

How long does it take?

About 15 to 20 minutes. You can stop and come back later on the same device, and a part-finished review is welcome.

Who reads these lessons?

Cricketers aged 12 to 16 (Class 7 to 10), College students preparing for entrance exams, and people learning to umpire. The lessons give general advice and send anything personal to a doctor, a dietitian or a coach.

Will my name appear anywhere?

Only if you say so. You choose: your name and organisation, your organisation only, or nothing at all.

My language isn’t listed. Can I still ask?

Yes. Tick “Another” and type it in. Requests tell us which language to work on next.
